2. Accounts & Registration

You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Program Participation

By registering for any workshop, coaching session, or curriculum:

  • You agree to participate respectfully
  • You understand that Holistic B.L.O programs are educational and wellness-focused, not medical, therapeutic, or clinical treatment
  • You acknowledge that outcomes vary based on engagement and individual factors

If Holistic B.L.O is working with minors through schools or families, permission must be granted by a parent, guardian, or authorized school representative.

4. Payments & Billing

For paid Services:

  • Prices will be listed at checkout or in written proposals
  • Payment is due in full unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • All purchases are non-refundable unless stated in a specific agreement or program policy

If using a third-party payment processor, you also agree to their terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by Holistic B.L.O—including curriculum, worksheets, branding, graphics, videos, slides, logos, and written material—is our intellectual property.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, resell, or alter Holistic B.L.O materials
  • Use Holistic B.L.O trademarks or branding without permission
  • Share paid materials with non-participants or third parties

Limited personal or classroom use may be granted based on your agreement with us.

6. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

By using Holistic B.L.O Services, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. School, Parent, & Partner Responsibilities

For Services delivered in schools or community organizations:

  • Partners must provide accurate schedules, rosters, and contact information
  • Partners are responsible for obtaining student consent where required
  • Holistic B.L.O is not responsible for supervision outside of contracted sessions

8. No Medical or Legal Advice

Holistic B.L.O provides educational content and general wellness practices.
We do not provide:

  • Therapy or mental health diagnosis
  • Medical advice
  • Legal or financial advice

Participants should seek professional support when needed.

9. User Content

If you submit content (messages, feedback, responses, activities):

  • You grant Holistic B.L.O a limited license to use the content for program delivery, research, or improvement
  • You agree not to submit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

We may remove or restrict content at our discretion.

10. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our Services may include links to third-party sites or tools.
We do not control or endorse their content and are not responsible for their policies or practices.

11. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
