Holistic B.L.O Return & Refund Policy

At Holistic B.L.O, we are committed to providing high-quality self-esteem, wellness, and empowerment programs. We want every participant, parent, and partner organization to feel confident in their decision to work with us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled for our services, digital products, events, and merchandise.


1. Services & Programs (School-Based + Online Coaching)

1.1 Program Fees (Workshops, Coaching, Courses)

Because Holistic B.L.O provides customized services and reserves time and resources for each participant or school:

  • All program fees are non-refundable once services have begun.
  • If you need to cancel before the program start date, you may request:
    • A full refund if requested at least 7 days before the start date.
    • A 50% refund if requested 3–6 days before the start date.
    • No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date.

1.2 Missed Sessions

  • Missed sessions are non-refundable.
  • One (1) complimentary makeup session may be offered depending on availability.

1.3 School & Organizational Contracts

Contracted services follow the terms outlined in the service agreement. Refunds or cancellations must be requested in writing and approved according to the contract.


2. Digital Products (Worksheets, Printables, PDF Guides, Slide Decks)

Because digital products are delivered instantly:

  • All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
  • If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, Holistic B.L.O will re-send the files at no extra cost.

3. Events, Trainings & Workshops

  • Full refund if canceled 7 days before the event.
  • 50% refund if canceled within 3–6 days.
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
  • If Holistic B.L.O cancels an event, all registrants will receive:
    • A full refund or
    • Credit toward a future Holistic B.L.O event.

4. Merchandise

For apparel, journals, kits, or other physical items:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
